We had a really delightful experience during our stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our family feel welcome. The dining options were enjoyable, especially with special attention to our child's needs. However, the hotel infrastructure fell short of expectations, particularly concerning humidity and maintenance in the rooms.

Staying at Citrus Chambers was a delightful experience overall. The property has a cozy ambiance and is located just a short walk from the Mahabaleshwar market, but be warned that access is cut off on Tuesdays due to the local market. The service was commendable, particularly from Mr. Brahma and Chef Haider, who made our meals memorable. However, it was a bit frustrating that we weren't informed about the access issue prior to our arrival, which could have saved us some trouble.

The hospitality was exceptional thanks to F&B manager Brahma, who truly takes personal care of the guests. However, the dining experience could benefit from more diverse choices. Overall, it was a great place to stay, but a bit more attention to meal variety would enhance the experience.
